We Formiverse Technologies Private Limited a Private Limited company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, have the registered address at “1750, 15th Main, 38th Cross, 1st Stage, 5th Block, HBR Layout,Bangalore-560 043, India” (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and are operating business under the brand name “gofillform” (hereinafter referred to as “Brand Name”). This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Service”) is our commitment towards your trust and we intend to facilitate Services (defined later) through our Website. 18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Terms of Service, including any dispute relating to the validity of this Terms of Service, the Parties shall, at first instance, attempt to resolve the dispute by mediation administered by the Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes (“CORD”) (www.resolveoncord.com) and conducted in accordance with the CORD Rules of Mediation, by a sole mediator to be appointed by CORD.
In the event the Parties are unable to resolve any such dispute through mediation within _____ days of the initiation of the dispute, subject to a contrary agreement between the Parties, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by CORD and conducted in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of CORD, by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by CORD. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
You expressly agree that the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any other agreements entered into between the Parties are governed by the laws, rules, and regulations of India.
19. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Gofillform is an online form submission service. Registration will create an account to store your profile information securely. With a complete profile, you can submit any number of application forms across institutions in one go. You will have an overview of applications submitted. Also, you can maintain a wishlist of forms for your preferred institutions and programs.

3. Where do I download the hard copy of the form?
Gofillform is a complete online service hence downloading a form is not required at all. However, you can print all your submitted applications for further processing at institutions or for your record. Gofillform allows you to download the institutions and associated program brochures.

The forms are directly submitted to the institutions you applied for. Gofillform online and offline support team will assist you in real-time.

Your dashboard will take you to the application status information. Also, Gofillform sends SMS and E-mail to applicants to keep you informed about the application status.

Gofillform will keep you informed about the application status and NOT the admission process. Gofillform’s SMS and E-mail services will keep you informed about the acceptance and rejection of your application. This information is also available on your dashboard. Institutions will strictly follow their rule and regulations for the admission procedure.

11. Can I claim for refund if my applications are rejected?
You can not claim any kind of refund from Gofillform. The application fee you pay directly goes to the institutions after deducting a service charge. Gofillform does not charge anything from candidates for its services.

Institutions define the program fee and they are the solely responsible for any changes in the fee structure. Gofillform is not liable for any changes in the program fee.

13. Can I use my account to apply my friends form?
Gofillform offers one account for one profile. You can not apply for a friend from your account. Your friend should have an individual account with profile information for online submission of forms.

14. What are the different support services provided by Gofillform?
Gofillform provides both online and offline support services. Gofillform’s online chat service will answer your queries and assist you as and when required. If you are unable to contact us via chat or want an offline service, please open a ticket and we will revert to you as soon as possible.
