The Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department opened the UP scholarship 2026-27 registration process for eligible students. Students studying in Classes 9 to 12 can complete the scholarship application through the UP Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement Online System. The scheme covers eligible students from General, OBC, SC, ST and minority categories.
For Classes 9 to 12, renewal registration runs from August 11 to August 25, 2026. Fresh applicants in Classes 9 and 11 complete registration between August 11 and September 21, 2026. Students studying beyond Class 12 under the Dashmottar category follow a separate schedule. Renewal registration runs from September 15 to October 15, 2026, while fresh registration remains available from September 15 to October 31, 2026.
Applicants complete One Time Registration (OTR), enter the required personal and academic details, complete Aadhaar verification, and submit the application. Students also make sure that their bank account is in their name and linked with Aadhaar for scholarship payments.
