Chandigarh University Online introduces the Jai Jawan Scholarship to support members of India’s defence community and their families in pursuing higher education. The scholarship provides up to 35% tuition fee support across eligible online undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
The scholarship covers eligible serving and retired defence personnel as well as families of martyred personnel. Applicants from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force and Indian Coast Guard can benefit from the initiative. Personnel from Central Armed Police Forces and recognised paramilitary forces, including CRPF, BSF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, Assam Rifles, NSG and SPG, also come under the scholarship scheme.
