The University of Liverpool receives approval from the University Grants Commission (UGC) to establish its first overseas campus in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This marks the university’s expansion into India, aiming to commence admissions by August 2026.
The Bengaluru campus plans to offer undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Computer Science, Biomedical Sciences, and Game Design. These courses align with the university’s existing offerings in Liverpool, tailored to meet local industry demands.
