The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, extended the UP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 counselling registration deadline for MBBS and BDS admissions. Eligible candidates can get another opportunity to complete their registration for state quota seats in government and private medical and dental colleges across Uttar Pradesh.
According to the revised schedule, the extended registration facility opens on August 13 at 11 PM and remains available until August 14 at 2 PM. Candidates can deposit the required registration fee and security money until 5 PM on August 14, 2026.
Candidates complete the application form, upload the necessary documents and certificates, pay the applicable fee, and download the submitted registration form for future reference. Admission takes place on the basis of NEET UG 2026 scores, merit position, document verification, and seat availability.
For document verification, candidates should keep their NEET admit card, NEET result, domicile certificate, applicable category certificate, and passport-size photographs ready. UP NEET UG counselling takes place in four rounds, including the stray vacancy round.
