IIT Madras launches its School Connect Program and offers 10 online certificate courses for students in Classes X, XI, and XII. The programs run for eight weeks, combining recorded lectures, live sessions, assignments, and project work. Registration for the August 2025 batch is open now and closes on July 25, 2025 , while classes start on August 4, 2025 .
The School Connect Program is spearheaded by the Centre for Outreach and Digital Education (CODE) at IIT Madras. The institute aims to spark curiosity and help school students explore emerging fields early. Director Prof. Kamakoti says the initiative is a key step in building a “future-ready nation”.
