The Haryana Board of School Education announces the Class 12 results

The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has announced the Class 12 results for the academic year 2024–2025. Out of 1,93,828 regular students who appeared for the exams, 1,66,031 have passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 85.66%. 

Girls have outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 89.41%, compared to 81.86% for boys. In a notable trend, students from rural areas have achieved a slightly higher pass rate of 85.94% compared to 85.03% in urban areas. 

Among the districts, Jind has topped with the highest pass percentage, while Nuh has recorded the lowest. In terms of streams, Commerce students have achieved the highest pass rate at 92.20%, followed by Arts at 85.31% and Science at 83.05%. 

Arpandeep Singh from Government Senior Secondary School, Seon Majra in Kaithal, has emerged as the state topper with an impressive score of 497 out of 500.
