The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has opened stray vacancy option registration for admission to the Three-Year LLB course for KLEE 2026. The process began on September 30, 2026, and eligible candidates can register fresh options through the CEE Kerala portal until 11:00 AM on October 3, 2026. The allotment and college joining schedule will be announced separately.
Candidates whose names appear in the KLEE 2026 Three-Year LLB rank list and who meet the prescribed eligibility conditions can participate. However, candidates who have already taken admission or received an allotment in the vacant seat allotment are not eligible for this phase. Seats allotted through the stray vacancy round cannot be changed later, and candidates allotted a seat will not be eligible for subsequent allotments.
The KLEE 2026 stray round registration fee is ₹1,000 for general candidates. Eligible SC, ST and OEC candidates, along with candidates from Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home and Sreechithra Home, must pay ₹500. The fee can be paid online. Candidates who do not receive an allotment will be eligible for a refund after completion of the allotment process.
