The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) open the registration process for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 today. Candidates seeking admission to MBA and management programs at IIMs and other top B-schools can now apply online through the official CAT website.
To be eligible, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD). Final-year students can also apply. The application process involves creating a login ID, filling in personal and academic details, uploading documents, and paying the registration fee.
The CAT 2025 application fee is ₹2500 for General and OBC categories and ₹1250 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates. Candidates can select up to six test cities during the application process.
CAT 2025 is expected to be held in late November. The exam will include three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Ability (QA).
