The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) is set to launch a free, nine-day residential STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) training program for college faculty. This initiative, organized under the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP), aims to enhance teaching effectiveness and enrich student learning experiences in undergraduate and postgraduate science courses.
The training sessions will be held at the Teaching Learning Centre (TLC) Hall and the Central Library on the IIT Madras campus. The program will cover both fundamental and advanced topics in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biotechnology, incorporating practical laboratory sessions and exposure to current research trends.
